The plot of the story was borrowed from one of the novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald. The timeframe takes a period of the whole generation between the ending of the World Word I (191 and the beginning of the 21 century. In the movie some historical moments were touched upon like the World Word I and Katrina hurricane. The main character Benjamin Button (Brad Pitt) lives a very strange but interesting life. It seems that this blessed man was created to make everyone who came across him happy. He did not know but helped people to find themselves. His story is pierced with the different people’s stories and the picture becomes volumetric. Benjamin was not hastening to perceive his life, he was like a toddler who did the first steps of the life very unsteady. From the first days of his life Benjamin seemed to be betrayed and abandoned. Fortunately, he was created under a lucky star to find a new caring home and friends. Benjamin met a lot of different people during his life. Some people he respected, some he was interested in. Benjamin was born in the age of 80, he was a baby but looked like old person. He was always asked  philosophical questions like:”What’s it like to be born old?” or “Why is it strange to become young?” In the mind Benjamin was like an ordinary child with the desire to learn, to play, to explore, to love and to be loved. The love of all his life was a little girl Daisy played Cate Blanchett. They were not in a hurry to be together, on the contrary, each of them had their own life. Daisy was a promising dancer, as for Benjamin, he became a sailor. The fate crossed them several times as if reminding them of their love. Finely, the tragedy made them together. They were together till the time when Benjamin got to understand that he could stay with Daisy and their daughter. He would gradually become younger when his daughter and his wife would become older. It would be a lot of pain.

The movie is about pain, love and the philosophy of life.
